I understand this request does not guarantee vehicle availabilty. My reservation is not confirmed until approved by The Mom's Helper and a deposit is paid. *

I understand that a $500 deposit is required once my rental is confirmed, and $100 of that deposit becomes non-refundable to cover scheduling and preparation costs. *

I understand that cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, or failure to appear, will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.*

I agree to return the vehicle in clean condition, free of trash, odors, or excessive dirt. I understand that cleaning fees start at $75, with additional charges for pet hair ($150 minimum) or smoke odors ($250 minimum).*

I agree to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. If not, I will be charged a $20 service fee plus actual fuel costs at local rates unless I select the prepaid fuel option ($75 for 7 passenger, $120 for 12- and 15- passenger vans)*

I understand the rental includes a standard mileage allowance (250 miles/day, 1,200 miles/week). Additional miles are billed at $0.40/miles unless otherwise stated. *

I understand that towing or hitch use is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of towing may result in forfeiture of my entire deposit and additional inspection and repair fees. *

I understand that smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibitied and any evidence of smoking may result in forfeiture of my entire deposit with a minimum cleaning fee of $250. *

I agree to operate the vehicle safely, comply with all traffic laws, licensed drivers operate the vehicle. I am responsible for any damages, citations, tolls, or violations incurred during the rental period. *

I understand that insurance verification may be required and that I am responsible for obtaining a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if needed for business or event use. *

I have read and agree to The Mom's Helper Rental Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. I understand these policies govern my rental once confirmed. *
