I understand that The Mom’s Helper and its drivers are not liable for injuries except in cases of gross negligence.

I understand all registration and tuition payments are non-refundable.

I give permission to transport my child and seek emergency care if needed.

I understand that a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel transportation services. Payments remain due during the notice period.

I understand pickup/drop-off may be documented for safety and verification purposes.

I understand transportation is based on a consistent weekly schedule and changes may not always be accommodated.

I understand drivers will wait a limited time at pickup before continuing the route

I understand that The Mom’s Helper does not provide car seats or booster seats. While certain transportation services may be exempt under Texas law
